It's a great movie, even though it's 1979.

Fear of the unknown - the whole tape is based on this technique. Until the finale, the director will show us fuzzy images of Someone Else, which opens up space for imagination - I want to quickly look at him in full growth, but before that I have to think out the details myself. Ridley Scott manages to achieve the main thing - to create a chilling atmosphere that keeps the viewer in constant tension, which makes him literally jump in the right places, getting some kind of masochistic pleasure from it.

The film looks good these days - the best way to understand that you are looking at a classic. After watching, I wanted to replay the Isolation game, after the game there are a lot of familiar small interior details and not only, which I did not pay much attention to during the past numerous movie views.

What a cool picture in the film, what shots and plans, I'm just thrilled, I can't even believe it's ‘79. I watched it for the first time, it looks very fresh in ‘24! Scott is a fucking genius!
