Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom

Aquaman is probably the most win-win DC picture, the main thing is that James Momoa doesn't get into any trouble😄

I got high the whole movie, cried 4-5 times, lived a lot of cool thoughts and even somehow they inspired me. The first 10 minutes of the movie are immediately love, ready to review 🩵🩵

Damn, this is the first time that the second part is cooler than the first. Jokes topchik. Communication between two brothers is fire! And I really like that Orm has gone over to his brother's side, it's cool! Such a relationship suits him! James Momoa pulls out his game very cool. A lot of thoughts from the movie. A cool story and an idea. There were moments over which I cried. In short, only positive emotions!

To be honest, some jokes didn't go to me personally, like with a pissing boy, for example, but otherwise Aquaman was playing funny enough and he and bratella turned out to be a good duet! Underwater and land battles are done perfectly, the graphics are impressive, all sorts of chases and monsters are also good! A few questions to the logic of the Atlanteans, but this is a comic book, it should be stupid according to the law of the genre. But it's interesting to watch all this outrage and it's not boring for more than two hours! It is unclear, however, why the Justice League does not react in any way. Okay, there were underwater local showdowns in the first file, but the whole planet is in danger here, and everyone except Aquaman doesn't care. However, it's fine too. As a result, if you close your eyes to the numerous logical jambs, then the film is quite watchable in terms of entertainment and beauty of the picture. And from comics, by and large, that's all you need!

No surprises, in general. Momoa is already barely getting into superhero scales (compare with the first part, you'll laugh how fat he is now), again the Prim Manta villain wears a stupid barbecue with red eyes on his head and brings global warming closer - scenic laziness in all the cracks. The special effects are not bad (although they are flushed down the toilet of a stupid script), until you see the underwater Lich King - it seems that the more powerful the DC villain is, the more he looks in the movies (see Darkseid, Doomsday and other schizobracy).
Everything is diluted with dumb dialogues written by Greenpeace and contextual advertising of Guinness beer three times per film - this is just the TNT level.

ps. Yes, by the way, Patrick Wilson/Orme would make a classic Aquaman from the comics.
But, alas, not in this reality.

So where did it come from? Would she and her two brothers be running through the desert and the jungle? It is very doubtful, it would break the whole canvas.
It's just nonsense.

I am surprised that he has a lower rating on the same imdb, tomatoes and meta than the Flash. And the Kinopoisk is there too. The film is clearly better. Something is wrong with the worldwide fans of DC movie comics😅

I also thought everything was going to be delivered to me right now, when the child was stolen and Arthur's father was almost killed, but thank God, thank you for my happy ending. although it was all weird.
I would also like Manta to let go of resentments, but apparently not fate. and it's a pity that his story was left unfinished again, because somehow he just sank into the depths, you never know who will pick him up or what will happen to him again. although I liked the actor himself, but again, as much as possible, lol

Topo is one of the new favorites. It's a miracle, I can't. The scientist is also cute.

The antagonist is disgusting from all sides. The design is terrible, the role is terrible, the disclosure is terrible. Just a character for show.
The disclosure of the Manta Ray has not gone anywhere either. A brutal evil uncle with one goal, for whom a brilliant accountant did everything.
I liked Orm from the characters, because he is unexpectedly the most adequate and just a nice guy. And the cancer king, to whom his meme fits perfectly.

I'm glad this DC era is finally over and I'm glad we'll never see Aquaman Momoa again.
I hope that in Gunn's films he will still take on the role of Lobo and finally this will allow him to play himself and be a local fool, while not spoiling the film.

Evaluation: 2.5/5. It's a pity to have money for a movie, there is no time to watch at home.
