Perhaps the first film that impressed with its atmosphere. The track record of watched films is long, and here the director is bravo!

everything is according to the canons of noir: I met a fatal beauty- expect trouble on my face
Gilmero del toro was so carried away by the visual, the actors and the gloomy atmosphere that most of the film did not particularly remember that the plot should be moved to the finale. the ending turned out great anyway- both the drama and the irony of the plot and Cooper's game came together perfectly

The plot is slightly naive and predictable, but if you close your eyes to it, then the movie is gorgeous
