I grew up, remembered the cartoon, reviewed it and plunged into childhood. An indescribable feeling.

This is a cartoon with elements of a musical, they sing there very often, but this does not interfere at all, although I do not like films in the style of a musical.
The idea is very original, each character is beautiful in its own way, replicas, music, even the movements of the characters made me reconsider this cartoon not once.
Although this cartoon turns 25 years old, but for me it was shot as if that year, I don't get tired of watching it.

Still, I allocated time for this cartoon, the cartoon should have been called - Jack spoils Christmas, this is the very moment when I wanted the best, but it turned out as always. What about the cartoon? I did not like it, I do not know why this cartoon is praised so much, expectations were overstated, I am not a fan of Halloween and I never celebrate this holiday, it is not ours, there is no point in celebrating it, and I do not see any sense in it, it only comes from a negative, well, what can you call it "a holiday"? In general, I liked the way Jack saw the Christmas lights for the first time when he put on a Santa costume, these are a couple of moments that I liked in this cartoon, the rest scared me off and I wanted to turn off this cartoon, also the age limit is 12+, in general the rating is 2/5

I love Burton's work. I love the atmosphere it conveys through the screen. despite the fact that Burton is only a producer and screenwriter here, it still turned out very cool. Funny monsters, black humor, songs and music..It was all a pleasure. I decided to watch the original and the subs and did not regret it at all. I don't really like musicals at all, and this is more of a musical than a cartoon, but Burton's are the most gorgeous (the same Sweeney Todd, for example)
watching in one go.

It's not a bad cartoon, you can look at it, but you can't review it often or write it down to your favorites.
