Description
Finding himself in a new era, and approaching retirement, Indy wrestles with fitting into a world that seems to have outgrown him. But as the tentacles of an all-too-familiar evil return in the form of an old rival, Indy must don his hat and pick up his whip once more to make sure an ancient and powerful artifact doesn't fall into the wrong hands.
Maybe he seemed too serious or sad to people, like the era is passing and all that. Well I do not know. He left to inspect.
While watching it, I generally thought that he would remain in the past, survive and the next film would show his adventures in the past, and his goddaughter in the present would stumble upon some messages /quests/ artifacts left by him that only his loved ones could find / solve / use.
Nevertheless, Harrison Ford is good (it was interesting to look at the young Indiana in a computer version (but it's good that not the whole movie, but only a piece). A lot of nice references to old movies, a wonderful ending.
A worthy end to the franchise.
They just demand something different from movies now.
Technology played a cruel joke with the failed, despite the caste, "crystal skull"... in the pursuit of the cash register, the "spirit of Indiana" was lost😔
But, the Wheel of Fate brought him back a little! Even the fantasy games that looked ridiculous in the "skull" came here, personally to me;) Well, or the graphic rejuvenation of the characters was cute and did not cause rejection! To make a modern film in the manner (read "with jambs") of the adventures of the 80s! And even the main "Trash" came in👍🏼😂
Of course - not a masterpiece, BUT - "the prank was a success"©️🥰 A good ending to the saga.
