I reviewed it at the age of 16-18.
I love geniuses.
WHY DIDN'T I WATCH THIS CARTOON BEFORE?
I don't want to write a huge review, but I want to say a few words:
"Megamind" is a bright, dynamic, funny and wonderful cartoon that will appeal to all ages.
I liked the plot of the cartoon, the 95-minute timekeeping flew by very quickly and not noticeably!
Somewhere I was laughing, and somewhere I even wanted to cry!
I really liked the characters in this animated film, they opened up and I wanted to empathize with them in some moments.
The soundtrack of the cartoon is wonderful!
Also, I want to praise this cartoon for its excellent graphics, for the message, as well as for the excellent Russian dubbing.
As a result, "Megamind" is an excellent and easy cartoon for the whole family to laugh and relax and have a good time watching some cartoon.
I give him 10 out of 10 and recommend him to watch!
P.S: Well, also, the conflict between "Megamind" and his assistant reminded me very much of the conflict between Mr. Wolf and Mr. Snake from "Bad Guys" (this cartoon, by the way, is also from Dreamworks, like "Megamind")
In both "Megamind" and "Bad Guys," the bad guy wants to become good, but his partner, on the contrary, does not want to change.
I don't want to say that the studio has plagiarized itself, because this conflict works there and there, and in the end everything ends well there and there!
Alas, somehow their confrontation did not go well for me. The head-hematoma of the Megamind did not encourage me to empathize with the character. Even Roxana (not Babayan) did not save the situation. I still did not understand who she fell in love with - Bernard, or the bluish smart guy. As a result, the antagonist, red-haired (not Ap) Hal, looked more like a laughing stock than a real danger. At the end of my speech, I realized how to characterize the cartoon in one sentence - "everything seems to be out of place"
