A wonderful and fascinating movie! It was interesting, but there are still a lot of questions that I would like to get answers to.

An interesting idea, and in the middle of watching it, I realized that I had already watched it once, probably as a child. What kind of similar movies can you recommend?

"Phenomenon" is a movie where the main villain is the fucking air. The trees farted with poisonous gas, and people started killing themselves. As a result, we watch Mark Wahlberg with a face like "I'm a biology teacher, fucking help me" talking to bushes, and people massively hang themselves, throw themselves under lawnmowers and climb into the loop faster than the students at the session. Shyamalan apparently wanted an environmental horror, but he shot a comedy of the "run from the wind, you fucker" level. The scariest thing here is the acting and the script. But it's perfect as a thrash party for a boozy evening: laugh at the suffering faces and say, "Fuck, that's the plot." 2.5 out of 5.

@Poponinjr: I think the comedy was purposeful. Well, I don't believe that this cast was hired for a horror movie on serious topics.

But the degree of absurdity is not enough, they did not put the squeeze on it.

The film is very passing. It was nice to see Mark Wahlberg here, but it's nothing special. Of course, you can watch it, especially since it only takes an hour and a half, but in the end I only got a feeling of sadness that everything feels so empty. There's not much of a plot, the idea seems cool, but not to say that it's really smartly done. They didn't put the squeeze on it (Well, again, with such timing, you can watch it, because the movie is not exactly bad, it's just a passer.

When viewed at the time of release, the film seemed very average.

Now, with all the slag coming out, it's a great movie.
