Description
Derek Vineyard is paroled after serving 3 years in prison for killing two African-American men. Through his brother, Danny Vineyard's narration, we learn that before going to prison, Derek was a skinhead and the leader of a violent white supremacist gang that committed acts of racial crime throughout L.A. and his actions greatly influenced Danny. Reformed and fresh out of prison, Derek severs contact with the gang and becomes determined to keep Danny from going down the same violent path as he did.
At one time, this movie passed me by, but now I came across it and watched it. I was 13-14 years old when skinheads were just everywhere. I lived in Tomilino near Moscow, and there were a couple of them in my company too. Angry and unhappy children. I don't know what's wrong with them now - I hope they grew up and live well, and didn't end up sad.
It would be great if the second part were filmed.
His 19-year-old son is lost, his mother dies, he is a drug addict, goes to a rehabilitation center, meets a Jew who helps him. Another Jew helped with the work. Frank takes a test, where he finds out that he is 2.8% Jewish, eventually converted to Judaism, is very religious, lectures on neo-Nazism as a big problem of society
We are not enemies, but friends, we should not be enemies, although the bonds of our friendship are not always strong and should not be broken, the memory of this friendship will take its toll when our best feelings inevitably prevail in our hearts.
