She did not spend a year in Sacramento, but was born and lived there all her life. I only argued with my older brother and certainly there was no support from him...

And the film is good, kind and vital

I would change the description, because it doesn't fit the movie.
The story is about a girl who is looking for herself and gets to know this world. For me, the ending seemed to end abruptly, but if you think about it, she realized what she was looking for.

The main character is terrible for me, the film is about nothing (as written above). Timothy barely got out of the situation, it was necessary to have more of him

The soul of the director is felt. She also lived in Sacramento, attended Catholic school and her mother was a nurse. It was as if the film was shot primarily for her, and I felt it. I've never been to Sacramento in the noughties, but now, quite to myself, I can feel nostalgic for them
