Description

Мулан всегда была моей любимой "принцессой". И я знаю, что вариантов истори Хуа Мулань в эпосе довольно много, но ни одна из "стремящихся к традиционности" (не следует читать как каноничных) вариаций мне не нравится. В таких историях героиня как птица, которая исполняет сложный, не привычный для нее, танец, великолепно справляется... а потом ей обрезают крылья.
Тут оставили лазейку - открытый конец. Но я не фанат открытых финалов хD

Фильм базово основан на мультфильме, но многие детали сократили/поменяли. И кино получилось намного хуже! Мульт был детский, но интересный и взрослым, забавный, волшебный, с выпуклыми характерами. Кинонудятина непонятно на кого рассчитана, выглядит как черновой сценарий, только обрисовывающий костяк сюжета. Да и визуально: вроде ярко, но в действительности бедно и убого. Куда делись потраченные миллионы и за что дали премии, мне не понятно. Минимум массовки, минимум декораций, почти ноль спецэффектов, очевидно павильонные съемки и нарисованные пейзажи.
