The Bourne Identity (2002)

Great Matt Damon movie starring Bourne cool .

I'm watching "Identification" for probably the fifth time and it hasn't become less interesting. The movie has aged well and it's still one of my favorite action movies. The plot is not bad. In action movies, I rarely find fault with the script at all, it stupidly should serve as a justification for the action that is taking place, and more is not necessary. And here he does an excellent job for this purpose, without causing unnecessary questions and without pulling the blanket over himself. There are, in fact, two actors — Bourne himself and his traveling companion. You can't say that their characters are deep, but you quickly get into them and sympathize with them. The directing is amazing, the choreography of the fights and the staging of the chases are top class. There are practically no incredible tricks and special effects, everything is quite mundane, and therefore it is hard to believe what is happening on the screen. The soundtrack is cheerful and in tune. You can, of course, get to the bottom of a couple of things, for example, that the first agent you met for some reason started shooting at nowhere; that Bourne sometimes moves around the city too easily without using makeup and wigs, although they are carefully looking for him; that he generally began to have amnesia, even though they shot him in the back, not in the head (maybe, of course, it's the pills that another agent mentioned, but there are no details about them in the film). But you don't want to do this at all, because you don't pay any attention to it while watching. The only thing that really hurts the eye is a meme Russian passport, which rather makes you smile. Otherwise, it's a great movie that you want to return to from time to time. My score is 8.5/10

P.S.: it would be necessary to read the original book somehow, it has been waiting on the shelf for 10-12 years.

I'm not a fan of the action movie genre, but I decided to watch all the franchises anyway. Like Agent 007, mission impossible, Top Gun, Rocky, the Great equalizer, Terminator, Planet of the Apes, etc. I started with the equalizer and the Bourne, but I like them better than all the actors. Matt Damon and Denzel Washington. I liked the first movie. A dynamic plot. Matt's amazing smile)))

An easy and non-stressful action movie that you can watch, even review :)
