I'll note the advantages - great visual, great action. A huge number of Easter eggs. And it's worth noting that I'm not a Nintendo fan, and most likely some of them just didn't notice. Considering this, it's worth noting that the creators may even have overdone it.😁
And I really liked the music. The composer did his best. All familiar topics are recognized and sound relevant at the same time.
Unfortunately, there are disadvantages. The obvious one is the plot. Unlike the first part, it's very weak here. As if the creators wanted to cram in as much fan service as possible. The characters flash by for the sake of just appearing on the screen.
Did I regret going to the cinema to see this cartoon? Definitely not. The pros outweigh the cons. Especially if you don't expect an outstanding plot.
Although there was not such a wow effect as from the first part, but I will not say that this is a big minus.
And judging by the post-credits scene, there's a third part waiting for us, already about Daisy).
I hope it will be a trilogy at least, or that these guys will remember more classic games from their company and make more movies for us fans.
Thank you for your attention, everyone
the cartoon is full of fanservice and Easter eggs for Nintendo games, but probably without knowing all this, it looks easy and accessible. the plot here is simple and for show, but the dynamics of everything that happens here does not slow down at all. everything is developing very quickly, something is constantly happening and the cartoon doesn't even have time to sink.
bright, colorful, with such a straight clip picture - all this really captures and causes visual delight.
The picture is amazing, especially in 4k, but the plot is just a 1-2-minute gluing of scenes with constant movement "so that the audience doesn't get bored"
