Mixed feelings after watching. It is undeniably a masterpiece, a masterpiece from my childhood (if you can call it that). After watching, sadness enveloped me, pain for Alexander. How he was broken by pain, betrayal, Oh, these unexplored places, new battles and new opportunities. It would seem that everything is still ahead, there are so many dreams, hopes and plans. But traitors surrounded him, and Alexander was too intoxicated to suspect such treason.
The film is 10/10, a sad end for such a great commander. History remembers everything, and no matter how domineering and thirsty you are, surrounded by foxes.. There will always be loyal people around you who will see you as their commander with a purpose.

The film will be 20 years old next year, an anniversary! And he's still good, how grandiosely the battles are shown, yes, only two, but what! And what music! Vangelis- Bravo!
