Overview

Loosely based on the criminal career of Frank Lucas, a gangster from La Grange, North Carolina, who smuggled heroin into the United States on American service planes returning from the Vietnam War, before being detained by a task force led by Newark Detective Richie Roberts.

A wonderful film about the mafia, crime, drugs, corrupt and honest cops. The cast of actors is simply gorgeous! Washington and Crowe really create the mood and all the weather here. Mast si definitely.

It's a great movie, the script is good, the acting is TOP notch. The film is beautifully shot and directed. The shootout in the finale is very powerful, very worthy and realistic this movie masterpiece. I recommend it for viewing.
