Description
Vlad Tepes is a great hero, but when he learns the Sultan is preparing for battle and needs to form an army of 1,000 boys, he vows to find a way to protect his family. Vlad turns to dark forces in order to get the power to destroy his enemies and agrees to go from hero to monster as he's turned into the mythological vampire, Dracula.
But one thing I don't understand is why, with such great power over ordinary vampires and such a reputation, he couldn't put them in their place? They threatened his life and the life of his son. They attempted to kill Dracula himself, their "father", the one who gave them a second life. Where was his punishment for betrayal? For me, it would even be interesting and beautiful. I expected exactly this: that the mighty Vlad Dracula, aka the impaler, will punish all traitors and begin to rule.
And he won't die with them.
P.S. The only one who pulled the film even a little bit is Luke Evans. Without it, it would be impossible to finish watching at all.
It was not clear only why Vlad Dracula did not put these vampires in their place, because he was stronger than them, but he decided to give his son to a priest and kill the others, lucky that at least he himself did not die, but survived the death of his wife, son, grandchildren, etc.💔
