I don't understand why this film has such low ratings, especially in the Russian segment, the film is a wonderful example of fiction of the 80s-90s, an excellent plot, the theme of racism is even ahead of its time, excellent acting, music, an atmosphere of hopelessness and arbitrariness of the authorities. I looked at it with pleasure.
