There was always more pity for Jack in this story. He goes to Ennis with all his heart, and Ennis... He loved her the best he could, but not in the way Jack deserved.

Without a doubt, a very well-shot movie with beautiful views and good acting. It is clear that the film was shot at a time when there was no all this deliberate agenda in art. Without unnecessary vulgarity, a sad love story, no matter how it is treated)

The film is good. The question is: why can't anyone make the same good movie, but with a happy ending? Gays know without such pictures how sad, to put it mildly, life is in a heterosexual society. Straight people understand this too. No matter what movie is about LGBT people, it's always some kind of depression, darkness, tears, death, illness and other shit. Yes, we know this without you and have been living with it since birth, better show that gays can also have a normal happy life, what's the problem? The same Netflix: it seems like both power and authority are enough, but I don't see anything positive and joyful in their LGBT films.

A wonderful movie

Oh, how many tears were shed. My favorite movie on this topic. And what an amazing cast.

I remember there was a joke at that time: I want to see Brokeback Mountain, but I've been embarrassed to ask for a CD at a rental stall for a year...
I worked at such a stall as a girl when the film was just released. Not knowing the plot, I couldn't figure out why everyone was giggling or even farting at the mention of the movie. I took her home for the evening... To say that the painting just crushed me - in a good way - is not to say anything... An incredibly powerful story that deserves to be seen by even the most ardent homophobes.

It's just a masterpiece! I am absolutely delighted with this story. Such emotions, such beauty! Each frame seems to tell its own story. If you haven't watched it yet, be sure to give this movie a chance. ❤️✨

When I finally wanted to watch this movie in the evening, I didn't expect to cry so much. For some reason, I had no idea that it would not be a happy ending.
I want more of these films, more soulful and less vulgar than they do now about the love of people of the opposite sex. and if there is such a thing, then one character usually either dies, or the love is not mutual :(

Who uses Kinopoisk, have you also noticed that this movie has disappeared from their resource? Of the similar films I watched, "Call Me by Your Name" was also missing.
