The Man from Earth

I recommend it, a little primitive, but good.

This intimate atmosphere, this light detective story. An easy game that we are gradually being dragged into, they do not explain the rules, they only give us the right to choose

An incredibly interesting film. I often thought about this and after watching the film I was glad that someone thought about the concept of such a film

The film is a conversation between several old friends at the farewell party of one of the professors. I agree, it doesn't sound very exciting, but in the film you will find a lot of interesting thoughts about the history of mankind, the philosophy of religion, man's responsibility to himself and much more. And, I forgot to say, this very professor, before leaving, decides to share with colleagues that he is, let's say, hypothetically, 14,000 years old. It's more interesting, isn't it? In addition, it should be mentioned that the screenwriter of the picture — Jerome Bixby — is also the author of many excellent episodes of such TV series as The Twilight Zone and Star Trek (some actors and references still associate him with the latter), so at least if you like these examples of fiction with global reflections, then this one the film will be worth watching. P.S. And, of course, it is amusing that the most important reason for the success of "Man from Earth" was the pirates who shot the film in the cinema and posted it on the website, to which the producer subsequently expressed his written gratitude.

The film is a masterpiece, definitely in the collection. I have already watched it several times and each time there are new discoveries.

It's a good movie!

A chamber-like, soulful, intellectual film. Good acting. It seems like it couldn't be easier, but you can't stop looking.
