Prostokvashino cartoon is one of my most favorite Soviet cartoons. But the film turned out to be some kind of full arthouse with Lisa the Sailor. Maybe, of course, I'm just not able to understand the hidden meaning.…
The film has an aftertaste of disappointment and bewilderment.

I had some mixed impressions after watching it. On the one hand, the actors (Seaman, Priluchny and Okhlobstin) successfully got into the character. And the plot has been familiar since childhood. On the other hand, the plot is too slow or something. The plot of the 20-minute cartoon was stretched for an hour and a half. At the same time, I can't say that it turned out badly. Perhaps there is a certain satiety from the fact that a lot of live versions of childhood cartoons have been released lately.

I was really looking forward to the movie, and here it is ... the animals were drawn in 5 minutes, otherwise I can not explain such graphics. Matroskin and Sharik walk exclusively with two jerky movements, they fly periodically, but at least they look more or less. I do not know how it was possible to create a Murka LIKE THIS. The jackdaw is generally mangy... for some reason, the well-known scenes in the style of "Gavryusha, to me" were removed.
The actors played terribly. The task was to repeat the light pretense as in the cartoon, but it turned out to be vulgar. Uncle Fyodor is generally a horror. There are so many talented kids, why hire an actor who can't handle the task of talking to non-existent animals? It felt like Uncle Fyodor was being told off-camera, "Look here." He also had only two facial expressions: a goofy smile and a semblance of anger. There are also many questions about the actors' wigs.
It seemed superfluous to add scenes with adult jokes. I think that either you're making a modern movie, or you're following the script of the original. Otherwise, the text is word for word, but they added these scenes that are not needed there.
I just liked the color correction, the soundtrack and the scenery in the village.

We went to the cinema with the whole family. My undemanding children and elderly parents were delighted) the animals turned out quite well for me, I'm not picky, but there are questions for people...
Pechkin is wonderful, there are not even any questions. Well, it's impossible to give a role to Okhlobystin that he couldn't handle. Uncle Fyodor is a sad sadness, well, the boy doesn't pull at all. According to the canon, an overbearing mom and a soft dad (let me remind you for connoisseurs - the canon is a series of several full-fledged books, not a 15-minute cartoon, with the plot of which movies are compared) were made into a grotesque bitch and an absolute henpecked man made of bread crumb. You can't believe from mom that she loves her son at all, even at the end she hugs him like she's smelled a lot of shit on top of his head.
But the plot is good. Well done, they took all the significant moments from the book, and "hops are blooming", and "choosing the name of the calf" and the postmen, they didn't miss anything. But Matroskin was shown to be lazy with "paws" in vain, he was very clean and economical in the book.
In general, it's not bad, I think the Winter in Prostokvashino will be even better next winter. With children, that's what you need.

2. It turned out to contain all the actions of the book in one movie. When Mitya's tractor appeared, I already started repeating to myself: "just not all books about Mitya's tractor" (the film would be endless).
3. Accurately repeating the plot of the books is a great idea. The script was written great

The cons that killed all the pros:
1) I have never seen such disgusting acting anywhere. No, I'm lying, there was something similar in the kindergarten nursery group. "Uncle Fyodor's mom" was just infuriating with her hands. Well, all the characters in the movie didn't know what to do with their hands. Such unnatural movements, like watching a robot show.
2) the drawn characters did not lag behind the actors. It seems to be 2026, the avatar has already been removed, the lion king, how to train your dragon that year (well, it's the same), but no, computer graphics at the level of the cat from Windows of my childhood (remember the assistants, paperclip, for example). Not natural movements, not a natural look, hands (i.e. paws) moving strangely in the frame. The Cat took out a little, but only with a pleasant appearance.

It's really sad, to be honest. It could have been a wonderful fairy tale that the whole family would have enjoyed watching, but alas, they didn't even reach the level of the "blue light".

Prostokvashino is visually pleasing and treats the original source carefully, but does not convey the warmth of classic cartoons. It is suitable for family viewing as a good fairy tale, but it is unlikely to replace the original for viewers.

The acting is terrible, the film brought out only Okhlobystin in the role of Pechkin. Fyodor, Mom and dad are chosen disgustingly. The

Well, the live-action movies from the West have finally found their answer here. The question remains the same. What the fuck? And you will never know the answer. No, the idea of "money scale flow" is, of course, eternal, but suddenly there is something deeper underneath it. But I don't see it here. It feels like this movie has been stretched very, very carefully along all time axes. Two cartoons were merged here, without even thinking much about whether it makes sense. So dissonances arise from this, like the fact that the parents of a lost child are sitting on the beach because... a drum roll... Mom has two more swimsuits that she hasn't worn. And then they show us how this same mother is supposedly sad to the pitiful music. It was clear in the cartoon that the child was an adult and in safe hands, so there was no hurry. And in the movie that... Well, that's nonsense.

And then there are those stupid inserts with a lustful guide (why?) and the brotherhood of postmen with kitchen names (why?) and the mistress of the cottage (zach... ah, the foot). I have the answers to these questions: milking the loot! After all, the more characters we have, the more we can come up with plots for future films. And now the second part is on the way, where we will have a guide and postmen and the hostess of the cottage. But there's so much more you can come up with with these characters. We're with them for a long time, in short... Until we stop carrying the money. And given the current situation on the Russian film market, that's still a long way off.

I went to the cinema to see this movie with the children and parents of the class, and honestly, I almost fell asleep there, you know, I was on the verge😒 The disadvantages, unfortunately, outweigh all the good points of the film, but such a candy could have been made (the cartoon is amazing): the lines of the actors from the sheet, ridiculous poses. Uncle Fyodor often looked directly into the camera and did not know where to put his hands or looked past the character with whom he was having a dialogue, it is clear that the child, but many children play in such a way that they do not want to find fault, and then it just comes out. Mom is a tree, just like a wooden one. I'm practically not familiar with Lisa Seaman's work, I've only watched the TV series "Life on Call", and I can't say it's that bad, average guy, but it's just an ass😅
What made me laugh the most was that some people left the audience before the end of the film, unable to stand such a disgrace, and those who did watch it to the end left in silence, just like me, I didn't even want to discuss anything.
Sorry for your wasted time, don't watch this shit.

The scene was shot in a scene with the original cartoon, with a small rotation and slightly rewritten dialogues. There is another problem with the sinister valley, which is common to almost all film adaptations due to the cheap 3d character design. Okhlobystin changes the charisma of the postman Pechkin too much with his mannered affectation. I never would have thought that Sarik Andreasyan would be able to make something close to a normal movie.

The film is more like a theatrical performance in the manner of the actors' speech, although even for the performance everything is terribly overdone (in the first scene I experienced some kind of Spanish shame). It's as if the movie is designed only for very young children, who are comfortable with all this waving of arms and unnatural reading of the text.
The short episode with Fedunky looked cringe-worthy and inappropriate, as if they wanted to amuse not only children, but also adults, as a result, everyone was bored.
I dozed off by the end, and I'm sorry for the money I spent on tickets.

(in general, I would not mind some kind of sincere and simple film adaptation of this story instead of such a strained, almost caricatured one)

Pechkin turned out to be cool, they may be dissatisfied with him, except for those who do not digest Okhlobystin. And here are the others... The parents are the PPTs. The overly exaggerated images of both and, in addition, the extremely mannered play of the mother often caused a feeling of humiliation. Uncle Fyodor pushes the original text, but the presentation does not look like the precocious "adult and independent" boy that we have known since childhood. I don't know if it's a miskast or an acting game. Character animation is certainly not a fountain. Passable, but the commentators are right about the higher, precocious quality. I hope it's true that this is the weakest of our game "remakes" that have already been released this year. It's the first one I've viewed.
