Lee Wanell is a super pleasant-looking actor and it's not surprising that fans were hoping with all their might for Adam's return and were building theories about how he could survive. In general, Adam was treated as unfairly as possible — he was captured for nothing and left no chance of survival. Stupid cunt-Amanda flushed his key down the drain, and the Designer chose Adam because... Did he not value life? What makes you think that? Did he try to kill himself? No. He just didn't communicate with his family, and oh fuck you, some people are better off apart. Unlike other victims, he lived honestly, did not harm anyone, did not cheat, did his job, exposing liars and cheaters.
The nurse also died for nothing by the way.
In general, the further hypocrisy of the Designer in future parts does not stand up to criticism

The finale is gorgeous. I've always been scared of these movies, but now I've decided to watch all the movies in one gulp.

The film, of course, is very cruel, and I would not recommend watching it for children and impressionable people, but still there is some kind of raisin in this case. The main superiority of the Saw over other films, I would call its unpredictability in each episode.

This is a thriller with elements of the detective genre. It seems that in the course of the film you already begin to guess who the maniac is, and suddenly, all the guesses crumble like a house of cards - the maniac is still unknown.

In general, I am very happy with the film. If someone wants to get a shot of adrenaline and a puzzle in one bottle - I recommend it!

2 fun facts:
1. On the phone you can see the date 9/10/01, which in American format means September 10, 2001, i.e. if the date is correct, then the events take place the day before the 9/11 terrorist attack 😅
2. I don't know if this is true, but they wrote that the phone CAN'T NOT MAKE a call to the rescue service (911) 😅

It looks good now, but the cliches in fights are still idiotic. Tapp and the way he fucks up every time is just a comedy. The ending is unexpected indeed

The first movie is very cool. With a meager budget, they made a real beauty.
The actors play normally, the characters are spelled out well, even the dialogues are quite decent. The finale for Hello Zepp is generally killer.
And I also noticed that the image of John Kramer is completely different here. It was in the following films that they began to attribute philosophical ideas, regrets, hypocrisy and so on to him. In the first part, he looks more like an ordinary maniac, albeit with a non-trivial motivation.

A man who turned out to be a designer, or rather, a saw... It is clear that the creators have put their soul into this magnificent film. A great horror movie from James Vahn in the style of torture horror.

I kept thinking between 4 and 4.5. After ending 5, there's no chance, it's too good

It's gorgeous. Even knowing in advance some of the plot twists of the entire franchise, the first viewing left an exceptionally positive impression.

I can't imagine what kind of movie it was at the time of release.

I'm getting high from this series of films. Each film is like a piece of the designer from a single masterpiece. I've been watching it for the umpteenth time, but I'm still watching it without rewinding. 😎
