this time it's a "horror movie" again, which scares and doesn't scare at the same time. and it will probably work for everyone in different ways.
There is practically no plot as such. The whole mess and atmosphere is fixated on the sounds that we need to hear clearly. but most likely, think it out yourself and put aside the bricks. xs in short, it's not like a movie at all. as an experiment, well, mb.
Psychedelics are cool, of course, but I would like at least some explanation, but otherwise the whole impression is blurred.
I always had headphones on, but it didn't help the situation for me, even though I was watching it alone.
I love it when you wait most of the movie and the tension builds up, but it's not clear what's what in the end, and there are about zero scary moments, and I'm not talking about screamers. The sound effects were not impressive at all.
It would have been better to review the "Black Box", even without mysticism, it was scarier and more intense to listen.
Well, or at least "Sinister", where one soundtrack is enough to put down a couple of bricks.
Complete bullshit
Full of shit
Don't LOOK AT the fucking shit
The most magical sound design!!! Equally magical light design
It's a slow story, with an unsettling and bitter ending, you're constantly waiting for some kind of fucker from around the corner, but they don't show up, and that makes it all the more uncomfortable.
A sad story about going crazy, devouring feelings of guilt from the death of a mother | | and grief from the loss of a child ||. About how a person spirals into despair, psychosis and "obsession"
The film looks and actually is very personal and naked. The director, who is also the screenwriter, shot the film in his childhood home, where he cared for terminally ill parents, spending money from his inheritance to finance the film.
Perhaps not the most exciting horror story that has come out recently, but definitely the most profound and disturbing. It is definitely recommended to watch in the cinema or with headphones, this definitely adds a greasy plus to the film.
