I showed the film to my son, I was like that when I saw it for the first time. My son's interest was not aroused, it's a pity ...
my son's answer: there is nothing to talk about.. about the times about the mores...

An absolute masterpiece, and a rare example when the sequel surpassed the original film by a head.
everything is perfect here: the cast, the picture, the effects, the soundtrack (including the most impressive track from G'n'R). I don't remember how many times I've reviewed it, to this day I'm not tired!

A movie that can be watched not once, unlike many modern blockbusters, which there is no desire to watch a second time. The film looks good even in modern realities, it can be safely offered to a modern viewer. The acting, the cast and the whole event world are very good. I envy those who haven't looked yet.

@UlNECUlNEK: That's right, except - you should have written "more than once ". Otherwise it turns out it 's not worth watching 😅

Once again, I watched the first two parts of the Terminator. And again, and again - you look at it without stopping, like the first time.
And although the artistic value of these films is questionable, they have already become part of our culture, part of the cultural code of all mankind. And what a strong anti-war message they have!, especially in the second part. You only comprehend it after many repeated views.

All in all, a wonderful movie.

The sequel to the healthy man! A little over five years later, technology has evolved and James Cameron gave us a real hit and probably turned the game around. Society's fears of combat vehicles and the future as a whole were replaced by acceptance and interest in the new world, generation X, having already mastered new gadgets, looked at the world with different eyes in anticipation of a real breakthrough. And that's why Terminator 2 itself began to resemble the film hope. A new arch-enemy came to Schwarzenegger (who became kind-hearted, thanks to people from the future) - Robert Patrick coped with this phenomenally, without slowing down in the least in the sense of danger and omnipotence of the killer robot. The superiority of the previous picture rolled over with double force into the sequel, in particular, it is worth paying tribute to Edward Furlong - he fit into this crazy world too organically.

The good old classic, which can make you cry even on the hundredth viewing. After all, Cameron is a legend of cinema, you can't take that away.

I staged a marathon of terminators, then the 2nd part was restarted in the cinema and in 3d, well, it's a must see. Very good, even though I noticed, although I thoroughly forgot, one moment when liquid Ti chases Schwartz in a helicopter and shoots along the way, so he did it all with the help of 3 hands, it seemed a trifle, but such thoughtful nuances really deliver. Well, all sorts of interspersed lines from the last film, Cameron is a master of his craft. My respects. Oh yes, I finished the marathon on this high note, I'll take a look at mb 3, open matte edition, but later, so as not to spoil the mood too much.

So far, this film is the ideal of a fantastic action movie, in which nothing is superfluous and everything is in its place. The production, the plot development, the cast of characters - everything is fine.

Well, it's actually a masterpiece, one of the best sequels in the history of cinema.
They took everything that was cool in the first part and brought it to a cosmic level. Arnie, who was a horror, is now a bodyguard. And it's not stupid, but damn cool and even touching. "I'm not coming back"—that's what gets me.

And his opponent, the T-1000— is just the perfect villain. Liquid metal, cold smile, you can't kill him. Racing, shootouts (especially in the mental hospital and at the factory) shot in a way that few people have repeated so far.

But the main thing is that there is a soul here. It's not just about chases and explosions, but about whether a car can become almost human, and what fate is. Sarah Connor is an absolute combat unit here, not a damsel in distress.

In short, the perfect action movie with brains and a heart. You look at it and realize how much of a breakthrough it was. A legend, in a word.

"Watching John play with the car, I suddenly understood clearly. The Terminator will never get tired. He will never leave him, he will not harm him. She would never yell at him, never get drunk or hit him. He won't say that he doesn't have time to be with him. He will always be with him. And she would die defending him. ** Of all the men who have appeared over the years, the best candidate for the role of father was this thing, this car **. "
Sarah, what's wrong with you? Terminator is not capable of conceiving a child in principle. Do you want your father to be a Terminator? But what about the one who conceived this child? Yes, they didn't keep you in a mental hospital for nothing.
