Mark Eidelstein will star in the second season of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith"

Following his successful American film debut in "Anora", Mark Eidelstein is gearing up for an equally successful television debut as the title character in the second season of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" on Prime Video.

Eidelstein will play the next Mr. Smith. As exclusively reported by Deadline, it was rumored that Billie Eilish would play the female lead, Mrs. Smith.

The first season of the show is about two lonely strangers who have to pretend to be a married couple under the aliases Mr. and Mrs. John and Jane Smith. Now married, John and Jane go on a dangerous mission every week and also face a new phase in their relationship. Their complicated legend becomes even more confusing when they begin to have real feelings for each other. Which is riskier: espionage or marriage?
