The "Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare" trailer based on the Peter Pan story immerses us in a different universe of childhood
First came "Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey", a twisted version of the classic children's story. Now, The Twisted Childhood Universe will be joined by another version of the classic children's tale with horror elements — this time it will be the world of Peter Pan in "Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare". The new film is scheduled for release on February 7, 2025
In the movie, Wendy Darling goes on a journey to rescue her brother Michael from the clutches of the evil Peter Pan, who is about to take the boy to Neverland. Along the way, Wendy meets a spoiled Tinker Bell who is hooked on what she thinks is magic pollen.
In the upcoming horror movie, Megan Placito plays Wendy Darling, Martin Portlock plays Peter Pan, Kit Green plays Tinker Bell, Peter DeSouza-Feighoney plays Michael, Kierston Wareing plays Roxy, and Nicholas Woodeson plays Steven.

The same Vinnie, they could have done cool sadism, in the style of a terrier, but in the end a dummy...
And next year they release, after Pan
It seems that in this thread not a single person has read books or studied the subject of literature
Sociopath, homicidal tendencies
He was so full of anger at the adults, who, as usual, ruined everything, that as soon as he climbed his tree, he deliberately began to take quick short breaths at a rate of about five times per second. He did this because there is a saying in Neverland that an adult dies with every breath; and Peter vindictively killed them as quickly as possible
It's not abandoned in hearts and tears - if only you. Peter knows the laws of the wizarding world and understands how everything works here.
Peter doesn't think about the feelings of others. He is severely offended by his mother, who, after his disappearance, dared to have a new child for herself. He doesn't even remember that he abandoned his parents for fear of growing up.
The motive for the murders slips through the entire work, because the number of boys on the island was constantly changing. Where did the previous generation of children who fell out of strollers go? The same Captain Hook clings only to Peter, it doesn't look like children are being killed by adults. There is another option - all the adults on the island, Indians and pirates are grown-up boys. But here again there is a direct contradiction - children do not grow up on the island. So where do Peter's former playmates disappear to anyway?
Egocentric, forgets about others
Peter doesn't think about others. The very first episode, Peter flies to the island with Wendy and her brothers, to be distracted, followed by the question - who are you, actually?
Throughout the work, Peter proves over and over again that his own pleasures and his entertainment are the priority.
He wipes his feet on a fairy who is ready to kill for him. Maybe something human is awakening in him in relation to Wendy? No, she's a toy for Peter too.
A beautiful picture that should play mom. Actually, the last episode proves that Peter does not care about Wendy as a person - it's okay, a daughter will do!
Was he showing feelings for the boys he was dragging to the island? No! He literally forces them to give up food for the sake of playing, and the very game of family smacks not only of mossy patriarchy, but also of the madness of a bored tyrant.
And then it seems that of all the people around Peter, he is most attentive to his main enemy, Captain Hook - and then only because Peter liked having such a colorful enemy. Again, Peter's cruelty made the Hook colorful. The boy needed not only to cut off his opponent's hand, but also to feed it to crocodiles.
Against this background, it is especially sad to think about those about whom Peter himself thinks the least - all those families in which Peter picked up children who fell from strollers (the question is open - maybe Peter not only picked up, but also helped to fall the ones he liked?)
And Wendy's daughters. Here is the pain of the girl who loved. And a mother who is afraid and knows all too well that this is the hero of nothing at all in the novel, only her own. Peter is eternal. And this pain can also be eternal.
And Peter won't notice the difference. He did not notice how his fairy friend died. He does not see how and where his friends go.
I also hope that there are people here who have really read the fairy tales of the same Brothers Grimm - I'm talking about the original version, and not the slick filtered one for children
In the original fairy tales, there is complete darkness, horror and hopelessness, and rarely in any fairy tale do the main characters defeat someone there - well, to be honest
Dear commentators, before criticizing any new movie, I recommend that you carefully understand what exactly is written in the original work
It is likely that you read something wrong or perhaps understood it wrong, And in fact it was all somewhat (or rather a LOT) differently ...!

Disrespectful commentator. Perhaps you know the fairy tales of the original and you love literature, but punctuation and grammar are, alas, not properly trained, or you allow degradation in everyday life and are only able to speak out "for the sake of a tick." Also, you do not catch the essence of other people's comments! There is a clear dissonance on the face - you were able to emphasize so much of the original "PIPEN" and ask so many interesting questions, while you did not catch "what's the fuss about" from the comments! Read the originals even better, go ahead!
Then I ask you to come out and enter normally! Read our dialogue with comrade Lucifer3, carefully, with intonation, not necessarily as a connoisseur of literature. Find there all the important points that we brought to each other. If you find where I said that PiPen would be an adaptation of children's cartoons or a movie, feel free to point your finger at my ignorance. If you read the sentence where I sign for ignorance of the originals of fairy tales – once again "throw a stone at me"… In general, I was tired. Don't be too stuffy - people will have a dialogue with you, and not respond rudely!!!
I don't see where you saw any attacks specifically against you or someone else, I recommend rereading the entire long post where Peter Pan's actions seem to be quite competently understood
And if you can also parry at least half of it competently, then a discussion will be possible
But in principle, probably not necessary
The post was rather enlightening for the participants of the thread and there was no attack from anyone in it, maybe there are a lot of enemies in your life that you react so sharply to what you don't like?
Please note that I rated the text on Peter Pan a plus. And the rest of you are wrong! Thank you!
Similarly, there are a lot of people in the next thread condemning the Harry Potter series, although no one has really chosen the actors yet
And it seems that there was not so much criticism as more of a description of the actions of Peter Pan himself
Apologies are not accepted!
1) There were several comments earlier under the news, before your arrival. Everything was quiet and peaceful :-)
2) Our dialogue with Lucifer was conducted among them.
3) Nowhere does the idea appear that the commentators do not know the original, they want Disney adaptations. In fact, there were comments only about the films of this series and the quality of these films (quality implies not only the plot, but the cinematography, cast... everything-everything cinematic in pursuit of the plot is implied, it was quite read)
4) Someone comes (do you know how it is right there?) from the mountain.
5) Does not understand the fuss, but inserts his opinion, which is not needed by anyone, self-satisfies and belittles "respected commentators", hinting at their literary illiteracy."
6) Apologizes further, tries to change his shoes, that "it's just like that, and not to someone"…
If not to us, then to whom was the comment left? Who do you mean illiterate, colossus of thought?! Future commentators? did you assert yourself so that you know a fairy tale?
He wanted to discuss it… You wanted to get smart, but it didn't work out, you shit yourself thinly!
And yes, I am a toxic person, with people like you and such expert opinions, it burns almost every time! I don't even want to hold back sometimes!
Kiss on the forehead-dol6ae6ik!
@DevilOfTrade, don't get caught with such comments anymore, I'm "awake" and maybe I really have a lot of enemies in my life, I'm always ready to pour out my toxic accumulated anger, I attack those who read more than me first!!! * think of a picture here with my gaze * XD
It seems like we said goodbye, but you still keep writing butt
Go in peace toxic commentator
