A new British documentary from director Nick Green will be released in March 2025.

Netflix has unveiled "Con Mum", a new documentary that tells the true story of celebrity pastry chef Graham Hornigold. The film will premiere on March 25, 2025.

The movie is based on the little-known story of Graham Hornigold, co-founder of the Longboys Doughnuts franchise. He never knew his birth mother until July 2020, and then suddenly received a letter from a woman named Dionne who claimed to be looking for her son, who had been separated from her at the age of two. The details fit together, and Hornigold decided to make up for lost time by immersing himself in a new life with his "mum". However, after a few months, he began to suspect that Dionne was not who she claimed to be.

The film was directed by BAFTA nominee Nick Green, known for his work on "Captive" (2016), a documentary series about hostages and negotiations.

Graham should have told his mom that he insisted on a DNA test, then if the woman wasn't his mother, she would have immediately merged.
