Álvaro Rico falls in love with his victim: Netflix unveiled the trailer for the Spanish thriller

Netflix has released a trailer for a new original series from Spain called "The Gardener", which will premiere on April 11. In six episodes will unfold a romantic thriller about a professional killer who unexpectedly fell in love with the victim.

The main character Elmer (Álvaro Rico) is a driven and naive young man who is used as an assassin by his own mother. She hides a criminal empire behind the innocuous facade of a kennel. Another assignment puts Elmer in front of a choice: he must eliminate the woman he unexpectedly falls in love with.

The screenwriter of the project — Miguel Sáez Carral, the author of such hits as "Without Breasts There Is Paradise" and "Raising Voices". It was on the set of "La caza. Monteperdido" he first worked with Álvaro Rico — now they are reunited in a new project.
