Christopher Gorham ("The Lincoln Lawyer") has joined the cast of CBS' sitcom "Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage". He'll play Mandy's new boss named Scott, with whom the character has had a romantic relationship — and it promises to wreak havoc on her life.
The comedy centers on Georgie and Mandy, the characters from "Young Sheldon" series, raising a child and trying to deal with the challenges of adulthood, marriage, and parenthood in Texas. The project was created by Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro, and Steve Holland, familiar to viewers from "The Big Bang Theory" and "Young Sheldon".
The series also stars Rachel Bay Jones, Will Sasso, Dougie Baldwin, and Jessie Prez. The project has already been renewed for a second season. Gorham will appear in the final two episodes of the first chapter, scheduled to premiere on May 14.
