"Dark Skies" can not be called a "scary" movie - strictly speaking, it is not a horror. Yes, there will be a few "unpleasant" scary moments, enhanced by well-chosen music, but that's it. If you want to be scared, the most scary things have already been shown to you in the trailer. The movie turned out to be a bit unclear - with a rather solid general idea, the creators could not intelligently express what they wanted to say.
