Netflix has released the first trailer for the film *Office Romance*, starring Jennifer Lopez (*The Wedding Planner*) and Brett Goldstein (*Ted Lasso*). The film is set to premiere on June 5, 2026.
Airline CEO Jackie Cruz imposes a strict ban on workplace romances. The situation spirals out of control when new lawyer Daniel Blanchflower joins the company: a secret connection develops between them, which quickly begins to affect their work and management decisions. What began as a secret affair gradually leads to a chain of conflicts—from workplace intrigues to threats to the careers and reputations of both protagonists. At the same time, the film is built on the contrast between their personalities: Jackie is a workaholic used to controlling everything, while Daniel disrupts her established routine and forces her to reevaluate the balance between work and personal life.
The screenplay was written by Brett Goldstein himself and Joe Kelly, one of the writers for “Ted Lasso.” The filmwas directed byOl Parker (The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again). The cast also includes Betty Gilpin, Tony Hale, Amy Sedaris, and Edward James Olmos.
