I liked the movie "Clash with Fate" (2003) about the story of Vermeer's painting, starring Glen Close.
From the series - "The Impressionists" (2006), about the creative path of Claude Monet and his artist friends.
There's also the 2021 film "The Cat Worlds of Louis Wayne" starring Benedict Cumberbatch
