Joseph Gordon-Levitt (“500 Days of Summer”) has begun filming a new Netflix movie about artificial intelligence titled “2034.” The actor is also directing and co-writing the project, which is described as a sci-fi thriller about AI technology and its implications for society.

At the heart of the story is the conflict between the rapid development of artificial intelligence and human decision-making. Plot details have not yet been revealed, but the creators promise to focus not on the technology itself, but on the ethical and social changes it brings about.

Rachel McAdams (“The Notebook”) will play the lead role. Gordon-Levitt co-wrote the screenplay with Kieran Fitzgerald, who worked on “Snowden.” Production is being handled by T-Street, Ryan Johnson’s studio, which produced the “Knives Out” franchise .

I remembered the movie "Trap 2039" from 2024, which is similar in theme to this series. ๐Ÿ˜

Judging by the description, it should be a good movie. The emphasis on the human factor is right. The problem is not with AI, but with the specific people who use it.
