The creators of "The Boroughs" have planned three seasons of the show
Jeff Addis and Will Matthews revealed that they originally conceived the series *The Boroughs* as a three-season story. According to the creators, they already have explanations for all the key mysteries of the first season—including the nature of the anomalies faced by the town’s residents. However, Netflix has not yet announced a renewal for the show.
The series is set in a gated community for seniors, where a group of neighbors begins to notice frightening and inexplicable events. Alfred Molina (“Show Me a Hero”)stars in the lead role. The project was produced by Matt and Ross Duffer (“Stranger Things”).
Adiss and Mathews previously worked on the fantasy series “The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, ” which won an Emmy for Outstanding Children’s Program. Alfred Molina is known for his roles in “Spider-Man 2” and “Frida.”
If it's the first one, I'll take a look. And if it's the latter, then I'll wait for them to finish filming and release everything...
