The third season of "Silo" has released a full trailer
Apple TV+ has released the full trailer for the third season of *Silo*. The new episodes will premiere on July 3, 2026. The trailer shows the aftermath of the season two finale: Juliet continues to search for answers about the origins of the bunker system, and the story ventures beyond the familiar world for the first time.
The new season is partially based on the novel "The Shift" and will explore not only the events following Juliet’s escape but also humanity’s past before the catastrophe. Judging by the trailer, the narrative will unfold across two timelines simultaneously—the present and several decades before the bunkers were built. The creators promise to reveal the origins of the Silo project and the circumstances that led to the collapse of civilization on the surface.
The lead roles are once again played by Rebecca Ferguson, Common, Tim Robbins, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, Rick Gomez, and Shane McRae. Graham Yost, who worked on the series "Justice" and "The Pacific,"remains the showrunner . Apple has already renewed "The Silo" for a fourth season, which will be the series finale and conclude the adaptation of Hugh Howey’s book trilogy.

In the Shift, right at the beginning, as an annotation before the "First Shift" it says: "....In the same year, CBS twice aired a program about the effects of propranolol on seriously injured patients. It was discovered that just one pill is enough to erase the memories of any painful event...."
like the writers don't have any ideas.
At least this year there won't be a summer hole in foreign TV series, otherwise in July 2025 we had to settle for Two Russian hills, Cash Collectors and a Theater area. 😁
It's great that there will be a backstory, it's very interesting how it all started. And there's no time to read/listen to books now, and I don't really want to.
At the same time, it will be some compensation for the fact that at one time some refused to shoot a similar spin-off of Hundreds called Anaconda...
but! we definitely look at it in any case!
As soon as possible...
