Following the events of the first season, Xiao Feng has firmly established himself as a key figure in the cardiology department, but his strict, closed-off management style increasingly clashes with the new reality—the department is expanding, difficult clinical cases are emerging, and pressure from management is mounting.

Well, yes, commenting without looking at likes/dislikes appeals to me too, I've seen what a Picaboo looks like in my time, where people who stay there develop "commenting/thinking sharpened by likes," and those who aren't ready for it are kicked out/banned. In my opinion, it's not a pleasant place.
I agree with the cons, except that apart from the "poisonous comments", they are also an important counterbalance to the enthusiastic, often unnecessarily vanilla comments that are common here, apparently from exalted people. Well, or these people who leave comments everywhere with footage from TV series / movies.
Oh, for bored housewives, the series is guaranteed maximum pleasure, I was distracted at the time of writing the comment. I have a very bad feeling that the series is very beautifully shot, but boring.
Sugar, the Dragon House, and the Agency will continue.
