7 New Superhero TV Series

"Eyes of Wakanda"
Adventure, Action, Science Fiction | 3.11 out of 5 on MyShows | Season 1 | 2025

A squad of elite Wakandan agents is sent around the world and through various historical eras to recover stolen vibranium artifacts and prevent the leakage of their isolated civilization’s technology. Essentially, this is Wakanda’s “shadow intelligence” unit: covert operations, espionage missions, and interventions at pivotal moments in history, where the balance between the country’s isolation and its hidden influence on the outside world is at stake.
“Mixed feelings. The heroine’s face is very strange. Otherwise, the style works. I’d check out a version of something like *Prince of Persia* like this. The plot is a bit weak. The fight scenes are okay. Fifty-fifty, in short,” — Bairum
“Interesting fact: apparently, this entire animated series was really only needed to introduce that very Prince Tafari from the fourth episode. Back last year, insiders started saying that Marvel would solve the Black Panther problem by simply transporting one of T’Challa’s ancestors to the 21st century. Now, following the release of this animated series, it’s being reported that this ancestor will be none other than Tafari—he’s the one who’ll be transported to the 21st century, and he’ll be the main character in *Black Panther 3*. “His line at the end of the fourth episode—that he’d like to see a future in which Wakanda is integrated into the world—is a clear Easter egg hinting at future events,” — slcotix
“The best portrayal of Iron Fist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe,” — Oksizdkim

“Marvel Zombies”
Horror, Science Fiction | 3.57 out of 5 on MyShows | Season 1 | 2025–...

An outbreak of a mysterious virus turns many superheroes and ordinary people into zombies. However, those infected retain some of their abilities, making them particularly dangerous—in effect, they are “super-powered predators” with intelligence and memory. A group of survivors tries not only to save themselves but also to find a way to stop the epidemic before the infection spreads across the entire world.
“Well, I was expecting a story arc from the comics, not all this. Once again, uninteresting characters, and once again, almost all of them are female. The one bright spot is Blade. And the artwork is top-notch as always,” — Grinch33
“I really liked how they conveyed the oppressive atmosphere of something inevitable. A bloodbath between two equally powerful beings… the invasion of a horde. It was presented brilliantly; I haven’t felt anything like this since Thanos, even though there have been more global events in neighboring universes and more powerful villains,” — upback
“There are still plenty of questions left after the season ended, but man, was it beautiful, spectacular, and epic! It still feels unusual that a Disney cartoon has so much blood, dismemberment, and killing—they finally took the plunge. Damn, it’s just a shame that so many interesting heroes died; I didn’t expect that... I’m actually glad there’s going to be another season—I want more. I’ll be eagerly waiting, wondering what on earth Wanda has done to reality,” — SilverТIger_7

“Wonder Man”
Action, Sci-Fi | 3.67 out of 5 on MyShows | Season 1 | 2026–...

Simon Williams is a Hollywood actor and stuntman trying to make a name for himself in the industry, but he unexpectedly finds himself drawn into the real world of superheroes. After gaining superpowers, he is forced to navigate the boundary between two realities—the familiar world of the film industry and real-life superhero conflicts—where studio intrigues, corporate interests, and real threats begin to intertwine into a single system.
“It was much better than I expected. The series really stood out from other Marvel projects. To be honest, at times you even forget that it’s a Marvel series. I’d be very happy to see these characters again in the future,” — al_topchiy
“The first few episodes set a pleasant tone, but things fell flat after that. What saved it was the chemistry between the lead actors and the amusing behind-the-scenes glimpses into the industry. But I still couldn’t shake the feeling that the core of the plot had nothing to do with the Wonder Man as a character. It was as if they’d taken one of the thousands of unrealized scripts (or even rough drafts) about a superhero. In this case, about a superhero whose abilities prevent him from becoming an actor (working while possessing or using his powers)... About ten years ago, I think a lot of superhero projects were written, especially for streaming platforms for next to nothing. Now, all it takes is changing a couple of names and titles—and voilà, a new project in a well-known universe is ready. That doesn’t make it a bad project, but it leaves a feeling of insincerity, which, in the context of this series, is actually fitting,” — GonReborn
“A wonderful series—it has such a pleasant vibe and is overall very well done. The cinematography is great, the script presents the story in a way that echoes a fictional movie, there’s an awesome bromance, and they don’t treat the audience like idiots. The superhero elements are actually in the background; at its core, it’s about the misadventures of two hapless actors, with great attention to detail, a deep look into show business, plenty of references, cameos, and brilliant acting. For me, the show’s beauty lies precisely in this simplicity. It’s funny, heartfelt, and lively. I really want to see this duo on screen again,” — NaruHinka

“Major Grom: Playing Against the Rules”
Action, Sci-Fi | 3.71 out of 5 on MyShows | Season 1 | 2026
/news/big/l/s/raspisanie-vyhoda-seriala-major-grom-igra-protiv-pravil_17684097131279642344.jpg)
Investigator Igor Grom is drawn into a dangerous game where his opponent not only carefully anticipates every move the police make but also turns the investigation into a series of trials with its own set of rules. As events unfold, the protagonist is forced to operate on the edge of the law to stop a criminal who masterfully manipulates public opinion and uses modern technology to achieve his goals.
“The series is definitely top-notch, since the movie itself was excellent, and now they’ve expanded on it. But it feels like a quick-and-dirty job, in the sense that they didn’t actually shoot that many new scenes. Yes, they did a great job expanding Razumovsky’s story—the parts about Holt and Volkov—and I liked Khabensky as the professor, who served as the narrator in the series... But we’ve already seen the movie. Yes, there was a theatrical premiere of *Chumny*, and then the extended director’s cut was quietly released, but here they hyped up the series so much, and in essence, they didn’t show anything new—it’s the same story, the same plot. That’s why, to me, the series is just a quick cash grab—an attempt to make a little money off streaming without actually filming anything new. But the series seems to have been well-received; I hope they’ve expanded their audience, and that the planned projects will still be released,” — InterestingFiller
“Somehow, the narrative thread jumps around throughout the entire series and sometimes gets lost; it seems like they added some new interesting material, but you constantly get the feeling that nothing makes sense—something is happening, but it’s unclear why. That said, I had the same issue with the second movie. Although I like the concept of the story and how it’s all filmed, there are clearly some script issues,” — Anlyness
“I enjoyed watching it, and they really did patch up the glaring plot holes from the second movie. The movie was more dynamic than the series, but the series is more logical. Unfortunately, you can’t really watch the series without having seen the movies. And overall, you might as well just stick to watching the movies and be done with it. The series is exclusively for fans of the franchise. But I liked it—I don’t regret the time I spent on it. I’ll give it a solid four and hope for a sequel,” — Meloniel

“Daredevil: Born Again”
Drama, Action, Fantasy | 3.98 out of 5 on MyShows | 2 seasons | 2025–...

Matt Murdock is a blind lawyer with unique abilities who continues to defend the people of New York both in and out of the courtroom. Meanwhile, former crime boss Wilson Fisk seeks to expand his influence into the political arena, aspiring to become one of the city’s most powerful figures. However, the past won’t let either of them go. When old secrets and long-standing conflicts resurface, Murdoch and Fisk find themselves drawn into a new confrontation that threatens to change the fate of New York.
“Wow, just wow! That was so, so cool! They hit the ground running—lots of nostalgia, lots of new, interesting, and unexpected elements. Vincent D’Onofrio plays Fisk so brilliantly—a massive, influential, complex, and intense character. He’s an ordinary man, but he’s a Thanos-level character! And the chemistry between Matt and Fisk is just incredible... That encounter, those conflicting emotions, those smiles from old enemies sitting at the same table. We’ve been waiting a long time for the return of the devil of Hell’s Kitchen, and it seems we’ve finally gotten what we’ve been waiting for—and we’ve earned a worthy continuation of the story!” — korobovski
“I liked the start of the season; the murder of a close friend immediately adds a touch of sadness and gets your brain working: why was Foggy killed right at the beginning of the season? Maybe it’ll be explained later? Was it done on purpose to hurt Matt? I want to mention the show’s opening sequence—it’s awesome!” — marlenad_13
“Sigh, I tried my best to stay positive about the show the whole way through, but in the end, it’s still a letdown—with some bright spots, but a letdown nonetheless. Cole North, who was an interesting character with unwavering principles in the comics, is just another dimwit from Fisk’s gang here—I don’t get why they didn’t just give him a different name. I was expecting Frank to deliver a powerful speech, like in the comics, about where law enforcement belongs and where he stands—beyond the law—but no, Frank just growled about how much it hurt him and how they wouldn’t understand. I was expecting to see Josie Luke, Danny, and Jessica waiting outside the bar, but there were just a bunch of nobodies there. “I hope that now, in Season 2, when the creators have the opportunity to tell a cohesive, solid story, they’ll show their best side,” — simple_man

“Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man”
Action, Sci-Fi | 3.99 out of 5 on MyShows | Season 1 | 2025–...

An alternate origin story for Peter Parker, who is just beginning his journey as Spider-Man. After an unusual bite grants him superpowers, the teenager tries to balance school, friendship, and family responsibilities with fighting crime on the streets of New York. Unlike the familiar version of the story, Peter’s mentor here is not Tony Stark, but Norman Osborn. Under his influence, the young hero gains new abilities, but at the same time finds himself drawn into dangerous intrigues where not all allies are who they claim to be.
“Great season finale—I love how they tied up the plot so neatly. They packed a lot into ten episodes—it was fast-paced and pretty interesting, plus they left so much for the next season. Wow, I liked it overall. I fell in love with the opening track,” — Sen13
“The beginning wasn’t great, but if you look past a few moments, it actually got interesting toward the end. There are interesting characters, the plot develops—though it feels a bit strange in places and there are too many storylines—there are some cool cameos (not too many), and the jokes aren’t bad either. I liked how they came up with the bite thing—I didn’t even expect a time loop. Overall, it turned out pretty well; let’s see what happens in season two. I hope it’ll have the same format with 2–3 episodes right off the bat,” — kobiii
“This episode is enjoyable, but the entire season turned out to be one big introduction, setting up the characters and laying the groundwork for the future. I can’t say if this is better than the arc-based structure of the old 1994 series. I’m also worried that the series will just become a stopgap between feature films, as Marvel tends to do. Still, this series has atmosphere, a lighthearted feel, and just the right amount of pacing—but let’s hope they refine that in future seasons,” — K1R1va

“Spider-Noir”
Drama, Action, Sci-Fi | 4.16 out of 5 on MyShows | Season 1 | 2026–...

An alternate New York of the 1930s. Ben Raley—once a legendary hero known as Spider—has long since left his superhero life behind and now works as a private detective. Worn down by his past and personal tragedies, he takes on a new case that gradually leads him to a massive conspiracy linked to the city’s criminal underworld. The investigation forces Ben to don the Spider mask once again and confront criminals, corruption, and his own demons.
“The plot is compelling in its down-to-earth realism; instead of saving the world, we’re shown a gritty crime drama set during the Great Depression. The protagonist, played by Nicolas Cage, comes across as a very lifelike and world-weary detective whose struggles are fascinating to watch. The series is completely devoid of childish naivety, and the emphasis is on a deep atmosphere and cynical realism. The project definitely deserves attention for its unique style and mature approach to the story,” — Rafael_Vasilyan
“Cage seems a bit too sluggish; he reminds me of Biden in some ways. I also set my expectations too high because of the rave reviews, even considering Cage’s filmography in recent years. So far, I’m not blown away,” — pavlovdv22
“It’s not that bad, but it’s not particularly thrilling either. It’s sort of a low-budget ‘Sin City.’ The plot is pretty simple, there’s not enough action—and what there is isn’t impressive; at times it was downright boring, and the TV-14 rating makes it impossible to include scenes of truly serious violence, which would clearly have benefited a show like this. Nicholas Cage in the lead role and that classic noir atmosphere (though it isn’t recreated all that well here) weren’t enough to really hook me or make up for the other shortcomings,” — alexeyfalko

And the content is just your taste, I would delete the eyes of Wakanda from here, and Marvel zombies as high expectations)))
I didn't want to watch it at all, but I decided anyway, and I enjoyed it))
The Miracle of Man still needs to be seen.
The "Eyes of Wakanda" literally has one series of norms, the rest are so-so 🫤
"Zombie Marvel", in general, came in. I only watched it when I wasn't familiar with Rory, Namor and Kamali yet, and I completely forgot who Zemo was, so I didn't understand what was going on. We'll have to review it later.
Unexpectedly, I liked the "Miracle Man". If there's a sequel, I'll definitely watch it.
"Daredevil was disappointing, of course, it fell far short of Netflix. But it's still better than many Marvel-Disney projects in recent years. 🙄
Well, the "Spider Noir" is a delight! Not without flaws, but Cage drags, just beautiful! I'm really looking forward to the sequel
We need more superhero collections.
Although it still tastes and colors, some like it, some don't. 🤷🏻♀️
There are two teen TV series left, but opinions differ on whether they belong to KVM or not, but I'll look anyway, just in case, so to speak))
That left "The Fugitives" and "Cloak and Dagger" 🙈
I haven't even heard of Helstrom. And I didn't find it anywhere on the CME lists. Now I've added it too))
About Netflix's "Daredevil": you'll have to watch "The Defenders" before the third season, otherwise it won't be clear what happened to GG between seasons 🤷🏻♀️
And also a wish for a pleasant viewing))
"Luke" barely got over it, "Fist" is cool if you don't find fault too much. Well, The Defenders is the link between all these series.
By the way, there's also the Punisher, which is also good 👍
Thank you for your opinion about Helstrom))
And the Punisher, played by Bernthal, is simply – 🤌🤌🤌
Brental is supposed to appear in Spider-man 4 now.
It's very interesting how everything will be there. I can't imagine what Spidey and the Punisher have in common. 😅
I hope the scriptwriters don't completely obliterate the idea of the 'hoary antiquity' cartoon.
Besides those mentioned since the time of the Heroes, I probably haven't watched this topic...
"Incredible" is also a cool series about superpowers.
There is something to throw into the rubble.😆
Pavuk cartoon is generally normal, but I wouldn't say that I liked it or disliked it.
(And why did they check about the loop here? This is the main "yummy" cartoon)
In general, from all accounts, for me, perhaps one of the best is that series of the 90s. I reviewed it a few years ago. Well, not just him. although I hardly remember sho there anymore. Is he really ragged?
Daredevil I'm watching the sequel, but the 1st season looks like a "prolonged intro", and the second one is a little better than the first one, but not by much. I'm watching for the sake of watching.
I tried watching Marvel zombies, but it didn't work for me. In general, I only liked iZombie about zombies. I've watched it a few times. And Marvel's Zombies have tried to watch several times, but still haven't looked.
I also tried the iron heart, but I've also given up for now.
I've only watched two movies about Wakanda so far, and I wouldn't say I liked them either.
I haven't even tried the "Miracle Man".
Krh for me, from this "top" list, only Pawook Noir.
You can also watch the cartoon in case someone hasn't watched it yet.
There's not even much to say about the rest of the list.
And I'm such a critic :D
I'm not a hater, I watched all the parts, but the series didn't really add anything global to the main story... Just an extended version of the movie
