The first episodes will be released on Apple TV+ on July 10.

Apple TV+ has unveiled the trailer for the sci-fi dramedy "Sunny", starring Rashida Jones from "Parks and Recreation".

Jones plays an American woman named Suzie who lives in Kyoto, Japan. After her husband and son disappear in a mysterious plane crash, Suzie receives Sunny, a pet robot created by her husband's company, as a "consolation". Together with the robot, Suzie sets out to find the truth about what really happened to her family, and soon both are drawn into a dangerous world that Suzie didn't even know existed.

"Sunny" is based on the novel "The Dark Manual" by Colin O'Sullivan. The project was developed by Katie Robbins — screenwriter of the series "The Affair".

The project will have a total of ten episodes. The first two of them will be released on Apple TV+ on July 10, the remaining eight will be released once a week.

Well, it looks like something interesting, and Rashida is good at any of her projects, so I added her to the list for viewing.

I'm more interested in the fact that two series of Nautilus appeared on the network, which were not in the announcements... Leaked or pilot?

I would have watched it because of Jones anyway, but the trailer also intrigued me.
