Michael Fassbender will star in the remake of the spy thriller "The Bureau"

Michael Fassbender will star in the upcoming remake of the French spy thriller "The Bureau", which is being developed by George Clooney.
Fassbender will play CIA agent Martian, who has been living undercover for several years. Unexpectedly, the management recalls him and orders him to urgently return to London. Here Martian meets his former lover, and a romance breaks out between them.
Martian realizes that he can not abandon the legend and return to his true identity. He is torn between his career, his assignment, and his new romance, drawing himself and his mistress into a deadly game of international intrigue and espionage.
Jez and John-Henry Butterworth ("Ford v Ferrari") are the screenwriters of the project, called "The Agency", and Joe Wright, director of "Atonement" and "Pride & Prejudice", is responsible for the production.
The ten-episode series will premiere on Paramount+ and Showtime in late 2024.
