Richard Gere will join the series "The Agency"
The spy political thriller is being produced by Paramount + in association with Showtime.

Richard Gere will star alongside Michael Fassbender ("12 Years a Slave") and Jeffrey Wright ("The Batman") in "The Agency", an upcoming spy political thriller series from Paramount + and Showtime.
The series is an adaptation of the French TV series "La Bureau des Légendes". A secret CIA agent is ordered to return to a London precinct after living undercover in the Middle East for years. Against internal rules, he decides to continue his life under an alien name.
Executive producers are George Clooney ("From Dusk Till Dawn") and Grant Heslov ("The Scorpion King").
