Streaming service Paramount+ is preparing to release the series "Dexter: Original Sin". It is expected that the show will be released by the end of 2024.
Prequel "Dexter" will show how the main character became a maniac. In 1991, while still a student, young Dexter under the patronage of his adoptive father Slater learns to cope with the desire to kill and hunt only those who bring harm to society.
The series stars Patrick Gibson ("Shadow and Bone"), Christian Slater ("Mr. Robot"), Molly Brown, Patrick Dempsey ("Grey's Anatomy"), and Sarah Michelle Gellar ("The Air I Breathe").
