"The Twilight Zone"
Fantasy, sci-fi, detective, horror | 4.34 out of 5 on MyShows | 5 seasons | 1959 — 1964
"A man with no memory of who he is finds himself in a strange empty town", — is the synopsis of the first episode of the anthology series, which, according to Inverse magazine, is the most influential episode in the history of television.
"This series is one of the most popular in history. From Dr. Who and Scooby-Doo to Scorsese films and Mirror Mirror, its DNA can be found in hundreds of movies and TV series regardless of genre. Analogs like One Step Beyond - have gone almost unnoticed in the shadow of NW. Mirror is a direct successor to Zone with a techno bent", — SKGeralt
"If you are tired of the same faces, the abundance of computer graphics and szhv in modern series, then 1959 comes to the rescue) Only fresh faces, natural filming and the problems that worried your grandfather", — s0918
"After watching the series I was left with mixed feelings. In some places interesting and in some places depressing. In places drive and action, and in places boring and dragging. But, I am sure, this series has enough fans, as well as enough dissatisfied. Someone is happy about the end, and someone is sad. In some places cult, in some places epochal", — taras_sidyi

"Tales from the Crypt"
Fantasy, comedy, horror | 4.1 out of 5 on MyShows | 7 seasons | 1983 — 1988
The series was based on the 50s comic books of the same name and was released as a sequel to "Tales from the Crypt" and "Tales from the Crypt Presents Demon Knight". Each episode began with a monologue by the Cryptkeeper, a dead man's puppet, who tells a variety of creepy stories, and in each of them the culprit awaits retribution.
"Classics of the genre, better still nothing has not been invented yet) "Tales from the crypt" is deservedly on the list of my favorite horror films among such masterpieces as "Body Bags", "Kaleidoscope of Horror", "Cat's Eye", well, and you can also remember a good almanac 'Trick or Treat'", — Seraphimer
"The series is a nostalgia for all times, love it. Especially some of the episodes. Although, of course, my ass burns from this - constantly thinking that shit, so many retarded mistakes, well, how can you be so dumb...)))))) but that's what it's for and Tales from the Crypt, comic sketches", — freddie_dark
"When I saw director Robert Zemeckis, I knew it was going to be something cool. I got a deliriously hilarious story, but I liked it :D", — Quvatlh

"Creepshow"
Drama, horror | 3.55 out of 5 on MyShows | 4 seasons | 2019 — ...
The host of the series is a creepy ghost who has a secret trunk full of terrifying comic books. He tells scary stories about American werewolves, violent scarecrows, deadly zombies, genies, ghosts, and other evil things.
Wow! I think it's cool! I liked it. In the vein of the old "Tales from the Crypt" series. Nostalgic for Stephen King's kaleidoscopic horror stories. Ihope the next stories will be in the same vein of keeping you in suspense", — SvetikWolf
"So glad I didn't turn it off after the first story. At first I thought it was some kind of "scary stories in two sentences" thing. There too, all the stories were boring and not scary at all. But the second story kept me in suspense. I really hope the rest of the stories don't pump it up", — Haverick
"On the one hand, hello to the good old horror movies. There's a spirit of nostalgia, there are horror stories that, in one way or another, echo books, movies, TV series, kids' camp stories, and so on down the list. On the other hand, hello to the old spirit.
The first series is divided into two stories. Both stories are different from each other. This is perfectly noticeable in the style and manner of narration. But both stories contain wonderful twists and turns.
So I am more than satisfied with the series", — brontosaurus

"Night Gallery"
Drama, horror, supernatural | 4.16 out of 5 on MyShows | 3 seasons | 1969 — 1973
The show immerses itself in the atmosphere of an art gallery where paintings of horrifying events are displayed. The show was written and hosted by Rod Serling, who rose to fame for his performance in "The Twilight Zone". "Night Gallery" features illustrations of fantasy stories with supernatural phenomena.
"Good evening, and welcome to a private showing of three paintings, displayed here for the first time. Each is a collector’s item in its own way — not because of any special artistic quality, but because each captures on a canvas, suspended in time and space, a frozen moment of a nightmare", — is the usual opening statement in each episode.

"It's a masterpiece!
Very atmospheric series, tightened from the first minutes, in one moment even goosebumps ran on the skin. It was worth the wait.
"It'll be great if Kubik takes it on. Alt disappointed me, I was counting on the guys who voiced "Scream", but alas, heard completely unfamiliar and not quite suitable voices", — Yumikuri
"Did not see the trailers, accidentally got on this series, I did not expect that from the old creepypasta scary can be made a series. Overall I liked the first episode, but some of the transitions from dream to reality were washed out", — Insane_girl
"It was creepy, weird, not understandable, but despite the budget and the drawn out nature of what was going on it looks pretty interesting. This show for kids is pretty freaky. In general, I don't like dolls very much, they scare me since childhood, and skeleton.....nu just tinny. I'm waiting for a new series", — Radiovolna

Not all of them are great, as in any anthologies - there are good episodes, there are so-so)
And also the diverse themes are cool and the music is great there
But the bottom line is that in those years this was not a cliche and many movies and TV series on the contrary repeated what was in the twilight zone
There are so many more times you can enjoy the first viewing)
If you decide, I highly recommend it. The last season came out only the weakest.
I couldn't handle it, but I'm very glad that I gave the series a chance with the following.
It's creepy, creepy and uncomfortable in a good way (real horrors))
