My impressions of the anime are strong, and after watching it for a while, I don't want to interfere with anything else. The plot was somewhat reminiscent of Chuck Palahniuk, as soon as the value of something unattainable and beautiful is revealed in a world that has passed beyond the point of decay.

It's a great anime, but they overdid the pretentiousness of the first episode.

It was a terrible episode, and I even felt sorry for Kohakura when they showed him his "body parts".
Interesting questions are raised in the anime, why it is possible to technolarize body parts, and in general it seems that it is humane (prosthetics), but when almost the entire human body is replaced, it seems as if it is no longer human. Although it is interesting that they keep their heads, their minds and organs seem to be working, which means that they are technically human, but in fact they are no longer.
Uh, bioethics issues, just the way I like it.

Did the style, the screensaver, and the Yoshii character remind me of Ergo Proxy?)
