Favorite Anime

It's a high-quality thing - they told more in an hour than in many anime in a season.

Once upon a time, I read this manga, and I completely forgot about it. A long time later, I came across the name and realized that it was something very familiar and started watching anime. A wild deja vu pierced me.
What are the three OVAs of the 20 volumes of manga? The teaser is nothing more.
Incest. A sky mired in crisis. Angels with crazy eyes. Demons behaving like children. Everything is kind of casual, some kind of mess without logic and consistent narration. Apart from the romantic line, nothing is clear. The main problem here is not an "open ending", but just a roughly cut narrative in the most interesting place. I think it's a rare failure, but on the other hand, it's a very vivid example of shoujo (anyway).
I ruthlessly abandoned manga, because I can't read on a computer at all – my eyes can't stand it. It's a pity, of course, but maybe someday I'm going to continue.

So. What gender is Rociel? In the subtitles, it speaks from a male or a female person, looks more like a woman, and sounds like a man.
