Overview

For years, Yuno has dreamed of attending Yamabuki Arts High School, but now that she's been accepted, it means the scary prospect of moving away from her home and family for the first time! Fortunately, Yuno quickly learns that if her new neighbors at the eclectic Hidamari (Sunshine) Apartments aren't technically family, at least the majority share the bond of being fellow art students. From second year students like Hiro and Sae, who try to behave like helpful older sisters (mostly successfully) to her hyperactive new neighbor, classmate and best friend Miyako (who has the scariest apartment ever) Yuno begins to build the support network she'll need for dealing with strange characters like her oddly masculine landlady, her cosplay obsessed home room teacher, her tooth-chattering principal and all of the other odd denizens who inhabit her chosen world of art.

how many warm memories are associated with such good everyday anime, I feel very good reviewing it after so many years

I watched 60 episodes, 1,500 minutes, 25 hours, about a 15-year-old girl eating, chatting, and taking a bath with friends. And I liked it.
There's a lot of Japanese life in the series, it may not be noticeable to them, but for me it's the juice. It's not just about school festivals and events, trips to the temple for the new year, cuisine - there are a lot more little things here, they permeate all aspects of ordinary Japanese life. The series is as close to life as possible, so you shouldn't expect any surprising plot twists or surprises here, it's more like a reality show, and although I'm not a fan of this kind of entertainment, it's depicted here without frills. Hidamari's special feature is that all the heroines are art school students and, like all creative people, they are a bit weird, but, of course, in moderation. Except maybe a teacher with Peter Pan syndrome and an alcoholic tenant.… And so without extremes.
I fell in love with Hiro and Saye very much, although Yuri was never registered there, but very often he was "on the verge". And now I want all six figures, because I really liked the girls themselves and how the max factor coped with the task.
