Fantastic Children

It's a good anime, but it's very childish, not counting the shooting, explosions, conspiracies, and deaths... But it's still childish. If we consider this work as a fairy tale, then 10/10. But for an adult, it's still a little less.
I think this anime can be attributed to Science Fiction, because for the most part everything is explained there from the side of science. But because of the target audience it is designed for, it tends to be fabulous.

The music is excellent. Yes, there is also a Russian version.

It would be a good anime if they removed the hypertrophied emotions on which the frame can be held for a very long time (watching someone cry for 2-3 minutes in almost every episode or several times per episode is something) and prolonged mournful dialogues. But no, there's too much of this stuff, and a good plot with a science fiction aesthetic is drowned in whining and mournful forced chatter, as a result, it's a bit boring to watch.
