Perfect, but Japanese, fantasy.
It's an anime about swords. There are 12 swords in total, as well as episodes, that is, each episode is a separate story: a film about the capture of one of the legendary swords.
It's also an anime about dialogues. A "bazaar" anime about the art of making pretentious speeches. Each new episode tries to surpass the previous one in "the art of making pretentious speeches" – and it succeeds.
The more I watched, the more I was captivated by the events on the screen. The graphics are unusual, I watched the first episode grudgingly, there was a misunderstanding why "this" had such a high rating and such praise in the comments? But then it began to seem that there could be no other graphics for such a plot. Especially considering how they started experimenting in the second part of the series (Gintama~detected xD)
The strange thing is that the most banal humor in Katanagiri looks very appropriate and very funny. Plus the strangest and rancid love! And again, at first it seems ridiculous and fake, but at the end of the series you realize that this is the best love in the anime that I've seen.
The backdrops are fantastic, the music is fantastic. The more fancifully the characters are drawn, the more beautiful the backgrounds and nature are. In episode 3, the music started playing like in Innocence *O*. Japanese rap, jungle music, national motifs - everything, I'm in love forever *Oh*
The plot is just incredible, like you were just laughing and a couple of seconds later: "Yeah, okay! They're going to die now!!!", you're sitting with half your face in your hands in shock and expectation
I can say one thing – EVERYONE SHOULD WATCH! I don't care if you don't like the graphics, the first episodes seem boring and fantasy is not your genre at all - EVERYONE SHOULD WATCH. Point.
This is now one of my favorite anime ever!
but! They just deleted the worthwhile Shichiko battle from the episode. An
unpleasant moment.
