I remember when I started surfing, I stopped at episode 5 in 2012 and kept dragging myself along. It just ran around me that the title from Noitamina has not been raised by the public at all these last 3 years. No one talked about R;N at all, no one advises it, does not comment on it, and generally everyone watches it on the sly. And this is the first sign of failure.

For science fiction, which takes place in the near future, it was very strange to see such a slick plot. It seems to be 2019, they talk about man-made problems, build robots at school, catch ghosts in an additional reality, but everything is somehow in the background. We see everyday school life with highlights, in the form of a robotics club, physical education, hiking quests. But in the series up to 16, the plot looks more like drama and everyday life. It looked easy, but a little boring. The main characters were saved - surprisingly, they all liked it very much! Akiho's main ringleader behaved like a small child, but it was infecting with positivity. She loved anime and its furs so much, she made all these movements and poses very funny, her personality gave dynamics to the plot. Frau Otaku - it immediately won me over. She's inundated with yayoi, writes games, sticks to cute girls, is clearly a hickey, and, by God, she's kind of fucked up, and it's amazing! The rest of the characters also have their own characteristics and each has its own curious feature. Due to the fact that the plot throws hints at SF, and the slice leads, the characters stick out with features, but live an ordinary life - it looked as if the anime was flirting with you and darkening you. That was good.

From episodes 16 to 21, the denouement began, and finally the intense cyberpunk began. Additional reality, collusion and mysterious organizations, psychological tragedies - finally everything began to reveal, but episode 22... The anime is an adaptation of a game /visual novel, which means we have a harem and an OYASH, on whose behalf we learn the plot. That's what they did well for - the harem didn't feel at all, even the two half-encounters looked natural. OYASH wasn't exactly gray and ordinary either. Nevertheless, all the children are 18 years old - why are they acting like kindergarten students? Why did the school and government organizations come to the aid of the students in the last episodes? Did you just decide and come? Why was an omnipotent villain who had been shitting for almost ten years killed by some kid? And everyone else stood and watched, and there were 5 billion lives at stake!!! In the Parasite, for which I appreciate - there were adequate adults who called the special forces and took on the aliens. It's childish and naive. If they had moved away from the game and changed the ending in favor of the plot, a very good thing could have come out. And so... I would redo everything.

A very suitable anime for fans of science fiction. Interestingly, although it was shot based on a visual novel, there is no sense of a harem at all, the number of M per W is almost equal.
Artificial intelligence looks like artificial intelligence.
A giant robot built by schoolchildren looks like a giant robot built by Schoolchildren.
And the most important thing is the wonderfully crafted characters. Realistic behavior, motivated actions, your own cockroaches, and that's it.
There are also disadvantages. The main thing is the ending. Here the authors cheated to the fullest. But still, the end is whatever it is, so it's excusable.
