How pathetic and insensitive... -_- You can show such passions with this plot - but no, everything is like dead fish. Do the authors believe that medieval people were statues? Like hell, they were even more hysterical than the current ones!
It's a pity, there's almost nothing to find in the 14th century, except for such a green melancholy.

It's a waste of time, it's better to read Druon. At first, the story went well, but in the last episode, everything important was crumpled up and thrown out, the same story of Isabella in France. The characters have no motivation, they look extremely out of place, all the charm that was in the book is gone. They don't evoke any feelings, no empathy. Because of this termination, it causes rather rejection and a desire to erase your memory in order to forget it.
