The seriousness in this movie it is not worth looking for, rather it is of an entertainment nature.
And here's another thing: I've always been interested in what computers / laptops in a car / apartment / park and te pe are connected to, for example, when the main characters spontaneously download the next super-secret or not so much data from... from where? There was no Wi-Fi or any other means of wireless connection back then. The authors of the detectives of that time do not want to say that such extensive data about absolutely everything and everyone is stored locally on a hard disk. I mean, the heroine, sitting in the car, downloaded the data of the residents of the house, sitting in the car with a laptop that has a display like a calculator, not to mention a hard drive.
