There are a lot of conventions and installation jambs or some other details in the series, but here it's just tin.
At the beginning of the episode, a helicopter explodes in the apartment, there is fire and smoke from the windows, and when the cops and criminologists arrive, even the curtains and wallpaper inside the apartment are not blackened. There are no signs of fire, explosion, or even black smoke at all.

A good series :) the woman was given away, the horses are beautiful, the killer is not obvious. And it is also noticeable that the dog has changed.
