What is given to us in the form of 26 episodes is infinitely prolonged and provided with a whole series of repetitions, and even the season is curtailed in the most interesting place... The manga ended six years after the anime ended. SIX YEARS OLD!!! All these events can be safely framed as a second season, but unfortunately it did not happen. In any case, anyone who wants to watch a good shoujo or a good romance should definitely watch KareKano.
